What kind of office does this guy work in? If I show up to work with a five
iron, a couple of golf balls, and a giant stick I will be looked at funny.?
That’s correct. I just walk you through one set. I didn’t want to bore
everyone too much:) If you do three or four sets using different clubs, it
takes about 15 minutes. ?
Great!! Easy, simple but amazing. Me thinking that I was kind of flexible,
in spite a back injury. Now with this I can se just how stiff I am and why
my swing has a problem with swing plane. The work stars today!!!!?
Thanks . ^^ Good video.. ^^?
awesome i cant wait to try it?
Nice video, thanks for taking the time to share :-)?
Amazing exercise. I was surprised how off-plane my shoulder turn is in the
downswing. Must explain why I suck at golf! I am on day 3 of this
exercise and can feel improvement while doing it. Thanks!?
I’ve made one out of rigid 2.5″ pvc BUT longer by a couple feet, long
enough to touch the ball on the ground. Provides a more precise target to
match the club head.
Excellent idea though, thank you for an exercise I should have started
years ago.
?
good to see something practical without a load of bullshit! well done!?
I played golf one time 18 years ago for a company outing. I haven’t played
since, but recently had a lesson and have been hitting a practice ball in
the yard. I just did this drill and tied it in with the lesson i had last
week. This helped me so much in just one session. Subscribed!?
I have a problem with this being a 15 minute training video but it’s only
11 minutes long. Huh?!?
Hi Scott – Thank you for one of the clearest explanation of swing plane
that I have ever seen (and I’ve seen hundreds) plus the added advantage of
exercises that prepare the body to achieve the correct plane. To have a
clear image of what you are trying to do in the swing is a real confidence
builder and provides the incentive to work hard, knowing that you are not
on another “wild goose chase”. Great stuff! Leo Hogan – Bendigo Australia?
I’ve struggled with the flat plane on the downswing forever, especially
when trying to swing a little harder. Right shoulder below left and the
reverse on the downswing. So simple! Great drills & thanks.?
How much does the stick cost? I havn’t been able to find one off ebay yet
😉 Great drill buddy, really stretches you in the right place. Excellent
warm up before playing, for beginners like me it’s more like wipe off 10-15
strokes lol.?
Looks like a great drill! check out this book Decoding the Golf Swing
Plane, it said the shoulder plane doesn’t really exist, any thoughts??
This is an excellent video.5 stars. There are hundreds of videos showing
beginners how to do something there bodies just cannot do!. Most beginners
have very little flexibility in the hip/torso area and due to this they
make all kinds of mistakes in the golf swing. This vid shows not only the
correct lean, tilt and shoulder positions during the swing it also teaches
you to become flexible. I would like to add a little advice and that is to
warm up the shoulder area before going through the full rotations and do
them slowly and don`t try to over do it. shake out the shoulders after each
session. shoulders are very prone to injury. Impingement, bursitis,
tendonitis etc?
The best on Golf Swing Plane Drill Instruction which is so very simple, and
effective that I viewed from the U Tube. Congratulations and THANK YOU.

I’m going to try this drill looks great?
Thanks – very helpful and practical?
The exercises are something I’ve sought for a long time. I’ve struggled
with a flat shoulder plane for 20 years. I’ve actually got a decent stroke
in spite of it all but I know it could be more consistent and powerful if I
could get into the positions I see better golfers hit from. I’m going to
start the training today.?
what a simple great video.. starting when i get home!?
Wow this drills really works for me. Thank you! Two thumbs up!?
Great video. I’m going to give you credit when I win the U.S Open.?
Thank you for helping me realize that my swing plane could be helped by a
good shoulder turn. My golf game has greatly improved ?
Excellent excellent drill Scott. It really drives home the idea of keeping
the shoulder joints in a straight line side to side without bowing or
cupping; what I call shoulder leverage (connection). I esp appreciate your
emphasis to keep the trailing knee flexed. Kudos!?
