  1. Get ur shoulders perpendicular to the line ur gonna throw and get full arm
    extension ?

  2. try extending your arm more when u pull back to throw and follow all the
    way through snapping your wrist at the end and u will get alot more distance

  3. @benfts I had a big cut on my finger from work nut still wanted to throw.
    Tried it without the glove and ouch! Pretty dorky I know
