  1. One of the best descriptions on how to swing faster. Thank you for the
instruction. This is Gold is Jerry… Gold!

  2. I’d like to do what that sprinkler guy is doing in the background, to feel
    relaxed 🙂

  3. I literally laughed out loud when you demonstrated how NOT to swing with
just your arms because that’s EXACTLY what I’m doing and is probably a huge
source of my swing frustration! Thanks for the video!

  4. thanks so much great info.. seems i always want too kill the ball as u had
said will relax more probably why the last few holes i play are always
better than the first ones as i am tired and seem too not be as tense etc..
    thanks..

  5. Mr. Wilson is a great teacher and a really nice person. I was playing @
Bears Best in Las Vegas about 3 years ago and seen him on the back 9. I
went up to him to say hello and shake his hand. When I approched him I
accidently walked though one of his filmings for Rev. golf. He shoook my
hand and asked how I was plyn. I said sorry for messing up his shoot and he
said no prob. Very Nice person

  6. this has really helped me has made my driving more consistant and have
stopped slicing it as much as you say the more tension the less control and
    distance cheers

  7. you must be doing it incorrectly, since trying this i’m hitting 270 with my
old 10 year old driver, ive learnt more from this guy in 4 months then 5
years of lessons, it takes time to get that loose feeling, but endeavour at
    it

  8. Look at 5:24. Perfect extension, forearms are naturally rotating, club face
has closed. He is clearly not flipping. You can’t get to that position with
tension in your hands/wrists/arms. Congrats on the 3 handicap, but you are
talking to a professional golf instructor… and they usually take your
    cash 🙂

  9. You were flipping because your shoulders were too square at impact. The
club is not fully released until after impact where both arms are fully
extended. At this point the shoulders would be open. Yours were closed
therefore the club would not be fully released. In no way does what I teach
    cause flipping.

  10. Paul: I have been working hard on my game the last 20 years, and I just
wanted to say this video really turned a light on in my head… I’m
currently working on the loose concept along with the body rotation speed..
My TPI trainer and I have been working on Body speed in the golf swing and
your video has helped me to finally start to put the two together…… I
plan on really trying to incorporate the two this winter in my New Jersey
    Attic/driving range Thanks Tim

  11. Your video helped me more than any advice I’ve ever read or seen. For years
I’ve driven the ball about 210. I practiced your advice on the range a few
days. Yesterday I had two drives that were 270. I have always been athletic
so it might be easier for me, but relaxing and using my core to whip the
clubhead increased my distance hugely. I don ‘t do anything with hands that
I know of, but wonder if adding hand power will add even more distance.
    Thanks so much!

  12. If you loosen up you may grow a tendency to flip at impact. This wrecked my
game. You need to stay firm with your wrists and arms, yet still staying
calm and coiling your body. I’m a 3 handicap. Basically my point is, you
    can’t develop “Spaghetti” arms.

  13. So do you swing your fairway wood 3 the same exact way? Please do tell or
is this exclusively a driver swing only?

  14. This is crazy! Started slowing my swing speed down and I may have lost a
lil distance, but I’m hitting more straighter shots! Which means I’m
hitting more fairways! I just need so more practice rotating my hips and i
should be hitting the ball straighter and farther than ever before! Thanks
    Paul! Your videos are great!

  15. Paul, I just wanted to say thank you very much! Your lessons really “drive”
the point home and you have given me great tips that i’m able to not only
    apply, but remember! Sincerely, John
