  1. I have been a golf professional for 30 years and this exercise may
    stabalize the core but not the best movement for the deltoid and shoulder
    area. The strong core will / may assist in a better spine angle at impact.
    Explosive strength that is controlled will help golfers in their need /
    instinct to hit the ball further – lets get a reality check – what go
    golfers really want?
