  1. Just what I was looking for. I had already picked out a double handled
    weighted ball but needed a work out to go with it. I’m 65, reasonably fit
    but want to improve my strength, firness and golf game. I have a single
    digit index but after being 3rd two years in a row in our club
    chanmpionship enough is enough. ?
