  1. Mark, will you do a video on the PRE-TEE POWER CORD at: Stretch1st on the
web? They were quoted to be the best product at the 2013 Chicago Golf Show
this year. Helping to help grow the game.

  2. Hey Mark is it true that people typically score higher scores when they
walk instead if driving the cart?

  3. What a damn good idea for a golf training video. Very interesting as we
tend to be fixated on technique rather than possible inhibitors of the good
    technique we all strive for.

  4. Good vid lads. Would be great to get more on the subject of building
functional strength and stability to assist the golf swing.

  5. wanderfull video, really what i was looking for … keep doing great stuff
Mark ! could you pls compare T 913d2 and d3 with the Nike covert ! In my
opinion you should start to give scores to clubs, you know, to have a
better comparison of your thoughts on different products:-)

  6. If you want to see a full body workout for golf then go to Gorilla James’s
    youtube page

  7. I find a lot of people overlook the fitness for a good golf swing, I’ve
always been relatively fit but after finally sticking to a work out routine
in less than a month I’ve been able to gain a club in distance, so eg. hit
an 8 instead of a 7. I think these videos will come in really helpful and
give people an idea of where to start, stretches also help prevent
injuries, looking forward to more Mark

  8. Thanks mate – I asked a few weeks back about fitness for golf. I have just
started a porgram and it’s now allowing me to repeat my swing and also I’m
not getting tired at holes 14-18 when typicall I was getting tired and a
few lazy swings would creap in resulting in blocks right. I have job
involving a lot of sitting as a social worker and this has got me going
    again.

  9. Hi Mark, would it be possible to show us some flexibility exercise on
shoulder? I’ve been doing quite a lot of weight lifting and I lost
flexibility as a result (I kind of struggle a bit on keeping my right elbow
pointing straight down during the backswing). I think this may apply to
others who lifts. And any advice on strengh training should be applied to
avoid this kind of issue? eg. gaining muscle (instead of endurance-like
lifting of 25-35 rep) while also maintaining flexibility? Appreciated

  10. I was more flexible with my right leg forward. So as right hand golfer, the
    opposite to how Mark was.
