How to avoid bladed golf shots with the Hinge and Hold Drill

1. the question is , how far is the maximum hinge you can bring your club up ?
   When you hinge and bring your club back , how far do you hold afterwards
   toward the finish ??
   i can only hinge and hold and chip the ball up to a maximum about 30
   metres. does that make any sense??
