What’s your opinion for the average golfer’s use of this product? I know
it’s critical from a teachers point of view to visualize swing and ball
flight data but how does the average golfer know and understand the data to
achieve a more efficient swing to better their game?
@Super1Matt1 Yes, the feedback is better with golf balls but it works
without phone calls as well.
Hey Martin, this is the Best review on this little divice so far. 3 Bays
should pay you for this! Any idea when the updated version is coming out?

Does the 3Bays GSA work without hitting a ball? Good for swinging practice

That would be awesome. Right now I’m only using the 3d info & speed. Would
love to know if AOA was remotely accurate.
Hi Shawn, we have been testing the product with a variety of drivers and
the results are satisfyingly consistent with those leading launch monitors
in the market. More importantly, the device is internal consistent and
accuracy. It means that the device can track and show your improvement
figures accurately.

Martin, you did the review with your 8i with Trackman ss of 84… And the
GSA registered 80mph. The question I have is how is the variance between
Trackman and the 3BaysGSA as you increase ss? I ask as I have seen devices
like the 3BaysGSA have issues as the ss exceeds 85 to 90mph.
so ya spend 25k to hit balls off of a lie board. and two hundred lets ya
whack it on grass! haha. hope all is well coach.

Hello from Burlington Ont Martin and a fellow tour striker! I have been
really interested in this product but just purchased the es 12 unit
instead. Heard the accuracy is amazing and takes practising in the winter
to another level. Any thoughts on this unit?Have you heard of or used the
es12? I hope to receive it this week and cant wait to give it a go. I use
video a lot so I didn’t see a need for a lot of what the 3 bays has to
offer. Take care and GO LEAFS GO!
I demo’d the unit back in April when they were still testing it and the
driver was spot on. I should have ran through some driver numbers, but the
video would have been really long. The gizmo was/is shockingly accurate.
I’ll hit some drives with it tomorrow and let you know. The only data that
isn’t very useful is face angle as it has a +/- 2 degree variance and you
have to align the unit.
You can use it with or without a ball. Best home training aid ever!

I was wondering if you compared this to the other swing analyzer on the
market (swingbyte, swingsmart, or etc) and if so is the 3bay your choice of
the ones on the market now. Thanks!
Martin, that would be awesome if you could do a follow-up with a driver. I
think that is the only thing that is preventing me from buying the 3BaysGSA
is the concern that the faster/longer clubs aren’t going to be accurate for
higher ss players.
I think it is phenomenal for the average golfer. You can see your path,
your tempo, rhythm, yardages and benchmark your best swings.
