  1. i have and it was a hard choice, but i got a set of AP2s for like 600
bucks, so i went with them, the mizunos are hard to find used… ( probably
    a good reason)

  2. mizuno jpx 825 pro… much better feel than the ap2 and and thinner topline
    and much better classic looks

  3. The best irons are the ones that each individule plays best for them, not
    some off the wall voting.

  4. new clubs are so hideous and I would never buy a new set. thank god there
are millions of old ones to choose from and the U$GA “for the $ood of $ame
can’t ban them outright although they tried with the groove rule….maybe
they can still , i don’t know – how bout they make a rule that you can’t
    play anything older than say, 8 months old – that’s $ood $or the $ame isn’t
    it ?

  5. agreed i’ve had the mp60’s in the bag for about 6 years now and I don’t
plan on switching anytime soon. So smooth off the club face…

  6. I play off about 10 currently and hit the ball ever so slightly further
than yourself. I have used a number of different irons over the years and
am currently using i20s. They are cast, however, they do feel more like a
forged club. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They have progressive
offset and going to the 4 iron it was a little too much for me. I have the
equivalent of the 4 hybrid and the tour s wedges in the bag also. Worth
hitting all 3 to be sure, however PING are v.reliable.

  7. I am trying to decide whether I should get the i20s, AP2s, or MP59s. I am a
12 handicap and a decent ball striker. To give you an idea I hit my seven
iron 155 yards. Anyone have any suggestions about which of the three I
should go with? Any help is appreciated.

  8. Thanks! I play the ping g5s right now and they are definitely more focused
towards game improvement. I think the i20s will be the right club for me
while I’m still trying to improve my game, and eventually make the
    transition into a forged iron.

  9. I just bought the Ping I-20. After exhaustive research, it came down to the
I-20 and the Titleist AP 2. I chose the Ping because of price and
availability. Wish me luck on Wed. for my first round played with the new
    equipment!

  10. Titleist is comparable to Mizuno. I currently game some MP52s, but I regret
selling my Titleist 735s. Titleist typically costs more and Mizuno gamers
are loyal to their brand. If it was my money I’d probably play Mizunos. If
it was someone else’s money I’d game some Titleists. Mizunos are typically
    softer as well
