  8. I’m not a fitness guru or anything of the sort, but I a good guesstamation
    would be about 5 times for each exercise. Or if anything start doing
    everything 3 time each side and then slowly get to 5 sets. Then once you’re
    comfortable with that then you might want to bring it to 8… but imo that
    seems like a lot for a stretching/warming up type of exercise.

  9. Great workout. However, there is no advice for guys who are already quite
    athletic and want to hit that next level in strength, mobility and
    distance. As well as having a yolked physique.
