I have this club and is thinking about upgrading mark what do you suggest?
Mark, is there really any benefit to all these gizmo’s and gadgets in
drivers other than to help people who don’t have the time or patience to
learn how to control their ball flight?
i’ve got a nine and a half stiff
He doesnt like grey to the black and hes wearing a grey cardigan and black
trousers? Ironic?
pleas do a review on the callaway razr x black driver Thanks.
“AMP, Advanced Material Placement, so i guess theyre advancing the material
and placement.” LOL
I find it funny how he does not like the gray and the black but he has a
gray shirt and black pants
Got this driver a few weeks back. Its improved my confidence with a driver
a thousand times over. Colour wise I like the orange and don’t mind the
grey. It’s forgiving, fairly long and just easy to hit.
jjcmpbll4…that is not to do with the driver…as it gets hotter, the ball
compresses more, the means that it spends kess time in the club fact and
launches quicker, whereas the colder ball doesn’t compress and therefor
spends a little bit more time on the club face abd doesn’t launch as quick
making it go shorter.
PING G20 fairway wod i BEG you!
I don’t know what you are talking about, because I have this driver and I
love it! It’s the best driver I have ever had! I have changed from Neutral
to Closed. It is simple, and that’s perfect to me!
and then he said but i like the white on black extreme contrast….
ill stick with my 910 D2 hahaah
I love how Mark sees through the marketing bullshit that some of these
companies put out there.
I found this driver to be quite a bit shorter than other drivers. Being a
shorter guy myself, I found the length of the Taylormades or the Nikes a
little hard to handle. I found this to be a great game-improvement driver
for many of the reasons that Mark said in the video. However, the biggest
draw for me was that it was shorter in shaft length and, therefore, easier
to control off the tee. I would reccomend it to anyone.
Love the look of this driver bottom. The gray top, not so much. Like the
grip color too!
Got to say I got the AMP driver with a regular shaft and 10.5 loft and
absolutely love it,long and strait love it
i tried out this driver on the computer at our local retailer against my
current Cobra L5V driver and found that the new cobra had a much higher
trajectory and i lost distance as a result (same shaft and deg). I lost
about 10 yards on average. Playing off single figures, and living in an
area with courses that you need to keep the ball under the wind, i’m
sticking with my L5V. I reckon it would be a good club for higher
handicappers who need a lot of help. I must admit though i like the styling!
@4golfonline What is your favourite driver?
harsh but true. he has got a point. why buy into this when it’s performance
doesn’t match the likes of the RAZR Fit and the R11S by a long way and it’s
adjustability doesn’t match them either?
thanks for your reply mate gonna try it out this week, with the vrs and the
ping g20 🙂
?B?TM??………????????
I have the Cobra Amp 3 wood and I love it. It’s very easy to hit off the
deck. Mark just sounds like he has had a bad experience with Cobra.
Nice vid although I don’t agree with you I just purchased this club because
I loved it and I still do so for the people out there who want a good
driver you should defiantly check this one out
Got this driver a few months ago, Used to have some real trouble with my
drives, but with this new Cobra AMP and a lot of practice I hit it straight
and far now, about 230-240 meters. Only problem I have is it launches
really high which is probably due to the shaft, it’s the exact same as the
one you’re showing, 9,5 with a Stiff 55g. @4golfonline, would you think a
different shaft would help with the excessive height I get with the driver?
