Isotonic exercises should never be used on a sport that needs strength with
speed and control! MD?……. Maybe they don’t teach properly in school, or
is it something else? Only Dynamic Isometrics and proper Plyometrics, will
give the results you need — stay away from this incorrect, illogical and
unscientific training, because it will hinder your performance instead of
making it better!
