  1. Mark, what do you say is the difference between a chip and a pitch? A
comment below suggests you are pitching rather than chipping. I think of a
chip as a stroke similar to an aggressive put with a low trajectory and
plenty of roll. A pitch is more like an abbreviated swing with higher
trajectory and little roll. Your thoughts??

  2. I do the same thing in my front yard with a lawn chair. It i land it on the
chair I don’t even hit those back, every thing that is to far just goes
back and forth. Thanks for this video and validating this type of practice.

  3. Im definitely gonna try this. I love games like this that makes it fun! You
can even have a little competition with someone else to see who can finish
with the least amount of chips

  4. Amazing! Another chipping drill I use is setting up baskets at varying
distances, and try to reach them all from the same spot to figure out how
hard I need to hit, and what my chipping distances are. It helps with feel

  5. All good practice Mark, only one thing- they’re PITCHES, not chips ! (More
than 50% air-time) Chips have more than 50% roll . Cheers anyway, Nige .

  6. Great game.a great chiping stroke you can rely on is balls in the middle of
stance, weight on front foot, half follow trough and keep club face open at
    follow through
