  1. for a senior to hit the ball farther, you can flare your right foot away
    from the target…. aka turn your toes to the right. and/or move your right
    leg back and put the ball back in your stance. These allow for you to turn
    more and gather more power without effort. lack of flexibility is a big
    cause of senior distance loss. another one is hand speed. a great workout
    for seniors is to slowly build up “boxer muscles” just by doing some fun
    punching. just dont hit anyone!?
