  1. Mark proves that you can actually have an excellent golf swing despite
being weak and inflexible. Which i personally find very reassuring. 😉

  2. Anyone that finds this useful should find a local crossfit Gym they have
some of the most useful mobility and strength & conditioning for golf i’ve
been able to find. 3 months of Crossfit has added 30 – 40 yards to my drive
and a club easy to my irons. Theres a lot of dynamic movements swinging
weights with a lot of technique and timing so its not just all power.
    Thanks Mark!

  3. Mark should really work some on his physique.. the difference between you
guys when doing these moves are obviously enormous, haha!

  4. Gr8 vid Mark. Can we see James’ swing? I am curious on how he swings it
with more power, and also see the difference in increased flex and strength
    manifested in his swing.

  5. Do a google search and check out some of the forums for this, like wrxgolf
or hackersparadise. Remember this being discussed recently and most
agreeing much of it coming down to flexibility over putting on strength,
Sadlowski & Mcilroy are great examples of the rotation you need. Become a
serious Yoga practitioner, maybe some palates, develop the
rotation/flexibility then maybe think of adding strength; just takes
dedication. Already endless stuff on this online too I imagine.

  6. I think Mark loves the sound of his own voice too much…let the bloody
fitness expert speak in stead of cutting in on him!!!

  7. I was expecting one leg squats, squat jumps, maybe even some medicine
balls. This shows less strength is required to maintain proper form. It
would be interesting if Mark applied some strengthening techniques. Would
it increase his swing speed? Also how that transition in getting stronger
effects his ball striking and coordination. Many people improving strength
struggle with keeping their body connected because they are moving too
quick in one area. I see this with pitchers in college baseball.
