  1. love the vids btw, almost looking forward to yours more than crossfields
    now :)?

  2. Could you Show a good stretching session, I Stretch a lot I just wonder if
I’m maybe not doing the right things, or if there are better Stretches one
could do. Ever since I injured myself in Football (or Soccer if you’re
american) because I didn’t Stretch enough I never wanna go there again,
terrible and could have been prevented.?

  3. +Buzza Golf +Gorilla James Sure it’s the hamstrings & not the trousers
!?;) But on a more serious note goes back to the first long drive & weights
vid, when I mentioned one thing to be aware of was, the more strength
lifting exercises & building up ‘mass’ you did you had to be very aware of
retaining & not losing any flexibility, which was immediately jumped on as
not being correct, but good to have what I knew as right confirmed here 🙂
    Good luck with the “hams”!!?

  4. I hate stretching but I have lower crossed syndrome so need to stretch a
lot else I’m to tight to swing loose!?

  5. I had a shoulder injury and got well with physiotherapy. You need a good
physio Dr that will break your inner scar tissue and manipulate your
rotation to get you back to normal. I’ve had over 6 dislocations and
thought I would never play tennis or golf again I am 42 and as good as new.
Not all physio Dr are good so have to pick well. Also you need to do yoga
and look into Bruce Lee’s type of strength but flex weight exercises. You
are as tight as your sweeter and pants…! Better try bodybuilding than
long drive? Jjajaja. Big fan great vids! ?

  6. I just can’t take you serious Buzza, I think you would slot right in
perfectly in a Alan Partridge sketch or the like. Sorry Buzza I’m trying to
keep a straight face but no luck yet, keep up the good work.?

  7. I find it hard stretching for my 20th pint but that’s because i’m probably
on my back flaked out :P. Good video again.?
