How about a spitting competition. Basically you have to skull a shot and
then cut sick. You get 1 point for a metre long divot as a spit. 2 points
for helicoptering the club down the fairway or in a bush etc. 3 points for
snapping the club over your knee and 4 points for throwing your club and
hitting one of the members or ground staff. So let’s say Piers gets 3 then
Andy really knows what is necessary to take the title.?
Great vid. Do you have anymore drills for slicing with driver? My irons go
straight every time. My hybrid has a slight fade but usually my driver is
slice city. Starting left going right. I have tried the drill in one of
your other videos, loose muscles/wrists, correct posture, not turning wrist
to open clubface. Can’t seem to shake it.
One thing I notice. When I am ready to hit the ball I line it up perfect. A
lot of times when I look at the impact mark its usually on the heel side
but in the middle (right of center looking straight at the club face).?
I often have trouble getting the 3 wood in the air, is there an easier
hitting three wood than the one I use which is a Ping G20. I would be
grateful for any thoughts.?
Great strike! Great swing! Seriously, why you guys not playing on European
Tour? Wouldn’t you rather do that then teach the golf swing? ?
Amateurs who think they can put a fairway shot on the green is asking for
big trouble! They needs to understand course management first! Many
greens have bunkers and rolling into one is not a great idea. I strongly
recommend a hybrid over a wood on every shot. Only time I even hit a 3w is
of a tee. No use for 5w or 7w BS-replace them with hybrids already!?
can you do a video on how to choose your correct set for your game as a
junior i lack in distance and i am regularly having to take 5 irons into
greens and a lack of spin also doesn’t help it sit down.?
I have to have a 13 degree 3 wood and a 16 degree hybrid because my ball
flight is sky high?
I seem to hit balls “thin” with a 3 wood off the deck. What drills you
recommend??
Thanks do Taylor made deloft to make it look like their woods go a bit
longer than every other manufacture I.e 18dg on club but is really 17.5.
These numbers are for example I know woods are less loft than this thanks
again all your vids are great really help even for a low handicaper ?
what do you think of staff bags? i see you have a sldr and a r1 but do you
think its really usefull??
Great tip
Can’t wait for the summer?
Great video again guys…piers I thought you were great in homeland.?
I’ve been having some problems with my 3 wood and hopefully this will help!?
Great tips guys. ?
You guys have helped me so much! Great videos! Keep it up!?
very good vid, I like to use my 5 & 7 woods. I use my 3 wood very little?
Does this apply to the hybrids as well as I’m struggling with them as
well…x?
Given that you strike the ball quite decent (angle of attack, club path,
face to path). What would you say is a minimum swing speed for hitting a
three wood longer than a five wood? ?
Good video tip, maybe you could have shown us the ground marks in relation
to the ball position, although the mark showed clearly when we saw the
actual shot. Nice work keep it going.?
Low and to the right mine go no air time ?
Ho! Piers – How do – Imagine seeing you here! Hope alls well – played
Astbury couple of yrs ago few times – nice place – met the Judas Priest
chap who was very nice about my dogs acting up!?
Hi.
I am new watching your channel but I am loving it so far especially the
match involving Mark Crossfield and gorilla james. Just wondering do you
have an idea on what ball speed is enough for. 15 degree 3 wood ( approx).
Keep the good work up ;)?
Guys came upon your channel a few days ago. I went to the driving range
yesterday and put a few of your drills into motion. These have really
helped me a lot, a BIG THANKYOU. I have subscribed, I think this channel is
what youtube has been waiting on. Many thanx from Portrush, N ireand, Mark ?
I struggle with my 5 wood; its a Taylor Made RBZ Stage 2 with 19 degree
with regular shaft but I feel the shaft is longer than normal (im 6ft
tall). Can you recommend a 5 wood for a 17 handicap. Would Ping G25 suit
better??
