I have some advice for you: wear proper pants. You can’t move your legs
properly wearing stupid pants like that. Or pull them up to your navel.
Seriously: the golf course is not a fashion parade. Good choice of discs:
MVP rules. You take far too many steps. Way way too many. You are not
pulling the disc down the line, but rather, around your body. That is bad.
Nicholas is right too: stop that backwards walking, and build up an x-step.
You MUST turn your head away from the target 180 degree
btw, your throw is really not that bad, you have good arm speed, just need
to tweak a little bit of everything.
Quit doing the backwards run and do an x step, it will create better form
resulting in longer more accurate drives.
an x step will help you turn your hips first and then your shoulders. your
right buttcheek needs to face your target more so you can turn more. keep
the disc close to your chest, nipple to nipple. this will all affect your
timing, as your arm will be moving way faster, causing the disc to slip out
of your hand because of your new found power. to correct this just use your
new form, but slow it down, a lot. do all of your strength and pulling when
your disc starts to come across your chest.
