best golf and make sure you are getting up and down with this great

    golf scores low.?

  2. +Karl Dilkington Why is it so unbelievable for him to hit his 60 120 yards?
i hit my smooth swinging 60 100-105. I can easily stroke one out to about
    120 yards?

  3. I practice this shoot in my living room into a laundry basket with a 4 foot
tall blanket back stop. I started the practice after seeing “how to chip”
videos. I practiced a week indoors 50 to 100 per day because weather was so
bad. The first day i played a round of golf it dropped my score 4 strokes
per 9 holes. Went from losing by 2 to 4 strokes to my friend to beating him
by 4 over 18. Once you get it you can do the shoot so easy. Im a half
decent/new golfer (only started playing a lot 6 months ago) and now have
the crazy confidence in my chipping game. and it also dropped my average
puts from 36-37 to 28-30 since Im so close to the hole for my first put now.

This was a rushed round i was trying to squeeze in before work so the back
nine sucked but pay attention to the puts on each hole. If I wasn’t rushed
I probably score about 78 ish
The only change is the chipping practice in my living room?

  4. I believe you, however, it’s a forced, unpleasant shot, I’d rather hit 120
with my P-Wedge at a nice, peaceful, half-swing.

  5. What do you do when you are 2 yards from a bunker and need to hit it 10
yards onto a green with a tight pin?

  6. mark i find i cant hit a 60 short range without slicing it, i can only hit
it with control over a longer range?????????

  7. struggling, keep catching this shot thin and it goes too far – almost like
a putt, my mate told me that it was because I wasn’t committing enough, so
I tried and it goes too far as well…how do I get one that goes in the
    middle?

  8. Just blew my mind!! I ALWAYS play a loft wedge on shots like this, and
ALWAYS roll it long! Thanks Mark!

  9. @davidbrady1997 thanks, iPhone app coming soon with all the videos
organised into categories. Also send your swing option for your Mark
    Crossfield golf lesson.

  10. Hello Mark, do you have tips, theories, concepts on hitting more consistent
chips in deep greenside roughs? Thanks.

  11. watch the video and make a note of how far back he takes his wrists. Pause
the video at 1:23 and 2:21. He only takes his wrists back just past his
right leg. Your mate is right. Think of the ball as a target to strike.
Then, imagine the ball is AHEAD of where your ball actually is…strike
THAT ball. It will teach you to swing THROUGH your chip, rather then
stopping the club before impact. Something we all do!

  12. Great vids Mark, thanks! Once I start hinging my wrists, twisting my torso,
trying to evaluate attack angle, etc., I loose concentration on accuracy
and club speed. It seems like a putting stroke would be the most
repeatable/dependable way to chip. A web search reveals a lot of
chipping/pitching putters (some with adjustable lofts) with patents
pending, but none really on the market. What am I not seeing here?

  13. I wish I watched this yesterday. Short chips around the green is THE area
that I consistently struggle. Driver, irons and putting are all improving.
But, I grow more frustrated after hitting a solid drive, and finish the
hole with a bogey because I took 3 short chips to get to the green! Mark, I
haven’t seen any chipping videos that address the wrist hinge like you do.
That is the missing link for me! Can’t wait to try it the next time I play.
