  1. I am not expert, but what exactly are you hoping to change? Accuracy?
    Distance? I don’t know how strong your throws are from one short clip, but
    perhaps the Katana is too “fast” of a disc for you? I just realized this
    myself. I am probably not able to throw my Wraith hard or fast enough for
    it to get up to its proper speed. When you are unable to get it up to
    speed, it doesn’t perform as intended. So I have learned to drop down to
    some “slower” discs in order to throw with more distance.

  2. Watch form/instruction videos from top pros (Jenkins, Mcbeth, Schusterick,
    ect.). Practicing form from standstill helps. Learning to throw a putter
    far helps also b/c if you can throw a putter 250′ to 300′ then your drivers
    should be going at least 50′ to 100′ past that. I notice that you might be
    reaching around your body instead of pulling in a straight line. If you
    reach straight back all the way with back to the target and then accelerate
    through you should notice quite a bit more power.
