  1. But you’re rubbish at these exercises, Mark, yet you can still get into all
the positions required in the golf swing! Which kid of dilutes the message
(but gives hope to the majority of us couch potatoes) 🙂

  2. Used the pregame warm up. Amazing result! Usually my first drive suck big
time because of limited turn and bad posture. After using those ‘active’
warm up, no problem to smash the ball and get my 90 degree slice right from
    the first tee.

  3. Tyler, it’s advised not to try bending ping cast but you can other cast
    clubs but only 1/2 degries

  4. The vids are awesome mark! I’m getting fit for a set of clubs and I was
wondering: can you bend cast irons? Thanks!

  5. Could anyone answer a rules question for me. Where does the boundary of a
bunker lie when there is a grassy slope immediately in front of the sand ?
What i mean is……….. is the grass slope part of the bunker or does the
bunker consist of just the sand part ?

  6. Great to see these kinds of tips as well, but once you have a fitness
    expert around l e t h i m s p e a k, and wait for your own turn!

  7. I have been using the last stretching exercises in your other video
recently. I find it helps me stay loose. Thanks

  8. Love these vids mark, I’d been wondering about good simple exercises lately
to improve my game. The last one on squats is exactly what I needed.

  9. Absolutely! And James, look at the camera for Pete’s sake! That’s good
stuff you’re saying, deliver it with a bit more confidence.
