  1. I tend to have a (V) shaped swing which means I come down on the ball
    sharply .
Based on this I keep my ball position in the same place makes it easier.
The pro tried to change my swing to a (U) shaped swing and move the ball as
per club length found it confusing ?

  2. Thanks guys I love all your videos .I have lately been having a tough time
with lower irons .I’m very accurate from 8 iron through Pitch .but startin
with 7 and lower each club gets a little worse .I can hit my 7 sometimes 6
a little less and so on .Its very frustrating any Idea what I might be
doing?again thanks for all the videos and keep them coming I’m a big fan.?

  3. I noticed that Patrick Ray played a 3 wood with a narrow stance and hit the
ball a mile. The 3 wood usually calls for a wider stance. What’s your
thoughts on why he setup with a narrow stance. Thanks?

  4. I hate you… and that perfect swing… if only ball position could do that
    for me
    hahaha?

  5. good information as a beginner golfer i tend to move around and setup wrong
and end up topping or dribbling the ball.now i have a starting point in
which i can work on my swing?

  7. i too have that problem of never ending up on my front foot. i’m sure its
the cause of most my problems. now and then i get it right and it feels so
very right when you’ve swung the club.

  8. A outside to inside swing path leads to the divot pointing left and a left
to right ball flight. There’s a myriad of reasons a golfer might have this.
One thing that a lot of people do is that they stand too far from the ball.
That causes you to slouch which makes your swing steeper. Stand a little
closer and it’ll make you stand more upright which will shallow out your
swing. You may start topping balls a lot after making this adjustment. You
just have to try to swing through the ball.

  10. I tend to push a lot of my irons to the right (I’m right handed), and my
divots a lot of the time tend to be aimed slightly left of my target. Any
    advice?

  11. Hopefully that helps but it may expose other things in your swing. Once you
get that inside to outside swing path, you may start pushing your ball
straight to the right. That’s a different thing all on it’s own. It’s
always a developing process. The golf swing has so many variables.

  12. Thanks for the response. I do not know how to check either. I’ve been
thinking of filming myself at the range but have yet to do so. I know that
sometimes I fail to finish on my front side, probably from my years of
playing baseball. If you could give me some insight on how to check my club
face and swing plane I’d greatly appreciate it.

  13. Hi Scott, If your divot is left and your ball is going right then the club
face is open to your path at impact. It sounds like it is more of a club
face problem. I would firstly check your club face and swing plane in the
backswing. Do you know how to check them both?
