  1. ‘Where the mind leads, the body follows’ Bruce lee….and now Shawn
    Clement. Great video?

  2. Shawn….I swing differently with my practice swing than I do hitting a
ball. I’ve had no trouble tossing a club at my target but I’ve had trouble
feeling the release towards the target hitting a ball. So I had the thought
watching this video that, if I have a net to hit into, I could hit a ball
and toss the club towards my target at the same time. What do you think? If
it’s doable and not dangerous could you show a video where you do that?
    Thanks.?

  3. Shawn your advice and wisdom is genius! What a fantastic lesson that was.
Let me say this, I am currently taking lessons with a pro and after
watching a few of your videos I have learned more than I have in 4 one on
one sessions with my coach. Absolutely love the way you explain your feel
with analogies. This video has really improved my mental game, I can feel
it. Keep it up buddy!! Ps. I want to pick up a mat for my garage, what
brand mat do you use? Real feel or dura pro? Thanks again!?

  4. But, what about the conservation of angular momentum coupled with proper
posterior protrusion . . . seriously, another excellent video; one of the
    best.?

  5. 40 degrees today Shawn. Golf is getting closer 🙂 Thanks for the golfs
    version of spring training !?

  6. I visited the range yesterday afternoon to apply your target based method.
It was working fantastic for my irons…great compression through the ball,
but my driver was flaring high right. I also noticed that it felt like a
glancing blow. I checked everything from stance to ball position to
effortless swing…everything seemed right…no different from the iron
swing…then I checked my grip. For some reason, I was using a neutral grip
for my driver and a strong one for my irons…old habit. I switched it to a
strong grip and the ball started rocketing off the club face! I had
forgotten that in dynamic motion, the club face will square up naturally
with a strong grip. It worked for the remainder of the session…even 3
    wood off the deck!

It all makes sense. I believe that if you use a neutral grip, you will be
forced to flip at the bottom in order to square the club face. It explains
the glancing blow and the weak high right trajectory.?

  7. Excellent video, Shawn. Golf is the only sport I’ve played where
technique is my main focus as well as the focus on how it’s taught.
    Cheers!?

  8. Haven’t even swung my clubs yet after watching this but I can tell you I am
already better, no doubt golf is a mental game! Thanks for the Wisdom
    Shawn.?

  9. The perfect vidéo!!!thanks mister
Bubba swing is so wonderful (i m left handed…in golf…only)
But…in tennis we place the ball to hit lift (kick)and slice?

  10. As always, very well explained and immensely valuable to my game
    improvement. Thank you, Shawn!?
