  1. We teed the ball up a fraction because this is a drill designed to to
    groove a better body movement. We want to make the strike as easy to find
    as we can – plus, the ball is only teed up a tiny fraction!

  2. A common misconception is that people think that compressing means you
    compress it into the ground. It actually is about the compression the club
    has on the ball. Think about it, if it was compression that gave your shots
    distance, why would pros hit fairway woods of a tee on teeshots?
