  1. Be sure to let us know your results. I have definitely headed his advice
    about stretching pre round. Found it really loosens me up and Im not as
    stiff after 18 holes. Should have been doing this from the get go.

  2. No wonder I was stiff and sore; can’t wait to limber up with these pre-game
