  1. Actually, he’s correct. Sort of. Tail wind does force the disc down, which
is opposite from a head wind. But in the vid, you can tell around 1:10 when
he is digging in his bag that the wind is coming from behind him, making it
    a L-R wind.

  2. Tail wind forces the disc down btw. Also the vid is a cross wind from rigjt
to left thay doesnt help him one bit. He does the full 360 tirn bc he knows
u throw from ur hip and not ur arm

  3. +Peter Owen I’m reposting this on Google Plus just for you, since you
aren’t on Facebook. 🙂 A new record has just been set. It’s not surprising
that it was made possible due to Innova’s new Blizzard technology and
definitely seemed to benefit from the high winds, but I haven’t thrown any
of them yet. I’m wondering how easy they are to control accuracy in any
substantial wind since they’re so much lighter.?

  4. I am sorry but this is stupid anyone can throw a disc as high as he does in
70 mile an hour wind and go that far a long distant shot should have to be
relatively level within in reason and not be able to take 20 freaking steps
before the throw this is bullshit and retarded

  5. i was thinking the same thing about the wind…you can see his shirt
practically blowing off his body…turn the other way and throw it and it’s
    a 350 foot shot :p

  6. catching the wind.Is there a video of someone throwing flat ,on flat ground
800′?it looks like they are measuring the curve of the disc. While ,yes the
disc might be flying that far in the air but if you measured from him to
    target its only about 500′

  7. how could this possibly be official???? the people watching the discs had
to ride a bike to go get the disc they had no clue where it actually
landed…its a shame to see a record that held for 10 years go by 16′ and
    an un offical marking….

  8. Now try doing this WITHOUT the wind pushing the disc!!! these guys can
throw far on any day i know, but you cannot have a legitimate “world
record” when there is no regulations for wind speed. if they had like a 5
mph max wind speed then i could get on board with the records being
“official” but how it is now is just bogus, throw it up in the wind and let
the wind carry it. NO RECORD IN MY EYES.

  9. one day you will be smart enough to know that in disc golf we measure in
feet not yards and there is a difference and what you said was stupid. One
day, probably not today, but soon.

  10. Hey, does anybody know where I can get a 134g Blizzard Champion Boss? I
have been searching forever but I can’t find one!

  11. Haha everyone’s sitting here saying they can throw it farther and that he
cheated, if you can throw it farther then why do you not have the record?
Hate all you want, but you don’t hold the record, nice try though.
